The Rural Policy Learning Commons (RPLC) Scholarship Fund is designed to support students to attend the XIII ICRPS Summer Institute 2016 in Fairbanks, Alaska. The deadline to apply for funding has passed. 11 students were awarded funding for the summer school’s fee.

Eligibility
- Funds will be distributed as evenly as possible between the universities and institutions that are currently participating in the RPLC project.
- Applications from students will be given priority over applications made by faculty members.
- Priority will be given to those students whose research topics are related to the ICRPS Summer Institute and to overseas students.
- Applications for funding by faculty who have demonstrated a commitment to ICRPS in the past or who are strategic to the long-term success of ICRPS objectives will be supported following students.
- Consideration for funding will also be given to those faculty who have no funds available to support their participation at the ICRPS 2016 summer institute.
